Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipments have a base rate of $5.95. For an additional charge, faster delivery is available via 2nd day Air or Next Day Air service.
Orders placed after 3:00pm EST do not process until the next business day.
Orders received on the weekend (Friday after 3:00pm EST, Saturday & Sunday) will not be processed until Monday morning.

*Business Days are defined as Monday-Friday (excluding Holidays).
Rural areas may take additional time for delivery. PO Box deliveries will be via the United States Postal Service.
Alaska & Hawaii follow the same processing time, however, please add 2-4 days for time in transit when calculating expected delivery windows.


Lost or Damaged Shipment

Please contact Customer Service at 800.887.5816, 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.


Return A Product

We are proud of the quality of our products and want to make sure you are completely satisfied. If not completely satisfied, return the unused portion (within 30 days of date of purchase) with a short explanation, and we will promptly refund your money.

Once your return has been received, a credit or refund will be issued for the unused amount of the product.

We will not be responsible for shipping and handling on returned items. We recommend using UPS or insured mail for returns as we can not be responsible for items that never make it back to our warehouse.
